InfoCamp Seattle!

InfoCamp is an unconference for the information community.  It features an egalitarian, community-driven format in which most presentations are designed and delivered by attendees.  And it's a lot of fun!

When:

October 10 & 11, 2009

Where:

Cleveland High School building

5511 15th Ave S

Seattle WA 98108

Who:

Three hundred people from a wide range of disciplines and industries participated in InfoCamp Seattle 2009.

Anyone interested in topics such as user experience, information architecture, interaction design, user-centered design, information design, librarianship, online search, information management, informatics, and related fields is welcome at InfoCamp!

Speakers:

At InfoCamp, anyone who attends can lead a session.  But we also invite special guests to kick things off each morning!  This year, our invited speakers were Axel Roesler, Assistant Professor for Interaction Design at the UW School of Art, and Vanessa Fox, search engine optimization expert, writer and consultant.

InfoCamp sold out all 350 tickets, and registration is closed for 2009.  Check back in 2010!
